Description of 2011 Projects
New K-12 School in Baie Verte, NL – Project carried over from previous year. School opened in 2011. Work included complete new structure and site development. Contract Value - $14,000,000.
New Long Term Care Facility at Lewisporte – Started in 2010 and continued through 2011. Scheduled for opening in mid-2013. Contract value - $22,000,000.
Extension to C.O.N.A. Grand Falls / Windsor Campus – Completed and opened in 2011. Contract value - $4,200,000.
New Weigh Scales Facility, Wabush – Completed in 2011. Contract value - $1,600,000.
Gym Extension, Exploits Valley High School, Grand Falls / Windsor – Ongoing in 2011. Contract value - $3,600,000.
Extension, St. Paul’s School, Gander – Ongoing in 2011. Contract value - $1,500,000.
New Administration Offices, Maintenance Garages, etc., for Central Regional Waste Management (8 Locations) – Value for 2 Contracts - $11,000,000.
Several other projects under the $1,000,000 range were completed or ongoing in 2011 for an aggregate sales volume (work completed) of $31,000,000.
